FIRST 1/2 hour movement and awareness workshop with Jaya (9:00-9:30pm)
This is run by volunteers. PLEASE email back if you are interested in donating time to set up, to breakdown, decorate, or offer other support.
WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic Dance Ithaca is a free-form conscious dance event that meets monthly at CSMA in downtown Ithaca (Community School of Music and Art) .
Inspiring music landscapes and visuals are provided by DJs and local artists to evoke full self expression and movement.
No dance experience is necessary. Participant’s are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing for full range of expression.
